Medalha de bronze comemorativa da Defesa de Paysandú. O campo do anverso é constituído pelo busto do general Leandro Gómez fardado, virado para a esquerda, dentro de um círculo com uma na orla. O campo do reverso é composto pelas armas do Uruguai dentro de um círculo com uma inscrição na orla. Possui argola.
